Recognized as R&D Centre by the Ministry of Science and Technology, we offer a versatile product portfolio and maintain Global Quality benchmarks. With a presence in over 60 countries, BOTIL Oil Tools India Pvt. Ltd. provide field services and in-house customer training to support diverse geologies worldwide. Additionally we have an assembly and testing facility in Algeria to support our ongoing contracts.

A critical component of upper completions, Packers are designed to regulate downhole pressure and temperature dynamics. BOTIL specializes in optimizing the Steel/Elastomer interface, offering customized configurations to suit specific well conditions. With a strong commitment to the "MAKE IN INDIA" initiative, we have developed a supply chain of high-performance Elastomers. Our portfolio of Production Packers spans all major casing sizes and is validated to API Spec 11D1, V0, featuring single-piece Mandrels and configurable designs for enhanced reliability. BOTIL’s extensive Packer family includes Hydraulic and Mechanical set retrievable types, Permanent Sealbore Packers, supporting production and sand control operations. Our modular architecture simplifies engineering, offering unparalleled flexibility and customization.

Gas Lift System
As oil production progresses, wells are becoming deeper and experiencing reduced reservoir pressure, necessitating external assistance to bring fluids to the surface. To address these challenges, BOTIL provides a comprehensive range of Gas Lift Equipment, including conventional Gas Lift Mandrels, Side Pocket Mandrels, and an array of Flow Control Devices such as Gas Lift Valves, Dummy Valves, Chemical Injection Valves, and Orifice Valves. Our Wireline Valves (FCDs) are meticulously validated and tested to meet API Specification 19G2 and customer specifications, ensuring performance in demanding environments. To support these Flow Control Devices, we manufacture Side Pocket Mandrels designed and tested in accordance with API Specification 19G1, tailored to client needs.
Our Side Pocket Mandrel (SPM) range also includes essential operating accessories, such as Latches, Kick-Over Tools, and Running and Pulling Tools, all compliant with API Specification 19G3.
The integral Latch and Gas Lift Valve are seamlessly installed within the Side Pocket Mandrel using standard slick line methods, securing the Flow Control Device until intervention is required. Additionally, we offer a variety of other Gas Lift equipment, including Conventional Gas Lift Mandrels and Tubing Retrievable Valves, to meet diverse demands of the Industry.
Our process delivers high-performance oil field tools through precision engineering, strict quality control, and continuous innovation, ensuring reliability in the toughest environments.
